GOD’S COMING NEW WORLD ORDER- The Millennial Kingdom-  Part 2

God’s plan to establish His New World Order takes place after the terrible Great Tribulation (Mt 24:21).  It is called the Thousand Year Millennial Kingdom that God planned before the foundation of the world.  God knew of the fallen nature of man and his need to be redeemed so His plan for the Millennial Kingdom was made and will fall into place with the Second Coming of Jesus Christ to earth.  In Daniel 2:44 ‘the God of heaven shall set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed…and it shall stand for ever.’ Those who have spiritual discernment know that the end of man’s rule on earth will soon come to an abrupt end sometime in the very near future!

This post deals specifically with the 1,000 year period called the Millennial Kingdom and does not include other topics such as the Great White Throne Judgment, the destruction of Satan in the lake of fire, New Jerusalem or what transpires after this period.  Other topics would be exhaustive and is referenced by other Bible scholars.

Why is God going to establish His New Kingdom and what will He do?

Two thousand years ago Jesus said to pray for God’s Kingdom to come.

‘Our Father Who is in heaven, Hallowed be your name.

               Your kingdom come.

Your will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Give us today our daily bread.

And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one: For Yours is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever.  Amen.’  (Mt 6:9-13 AMP).

God knew of the utter debasement of mankind, and the need for a renewal of ‘.. righteous, peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost’ ( Rom14:17) in His New World Order.

A shaking is now taking place.

There will be signs that will serve as warnings of the soon coming of the Lord Jesus Christ (Mt 24, Mk 13, Lk 21, primarily).  He will come to ‘shake terribly the earth’ (Isa 2:19).  This is what the apostle Paul states:

‘See that ye refuse not him that speaketh.  For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven: Whose voice then shook the earth: but now he hath promised, saying Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain. Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire.’ (Heb 12:25-27)

For thus saith the LORD of hosts; Yet once, it is a little while, and I will shake the heavens, and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land; And I will shake all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come: and I will fill this house with glory, saith the LORD of hosts… The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former,…and in this place will I give peace, saith the LORD of hosts.’ (Haggai 2:6-9)

Consider what is happening now with our weather.  Recently our granddaughter returned to college in Michigan and the low temperature was 4 degrees F, colder than Spokane, WA where her sister lives! Record-breaking weather on the eastern seaboard, orange crops freezing off trees in south Florida, etc.  This is God’s doing with extreme weather, floods, glaciers melting, volcano eruptions, earthquakes ‘in divers places’ and many other catastrophic occurrences taking place with greater frequency and increasing intensity in this time of history than in any other time as Jesus prophesied for the last days (Mt. 24:5-8; Mk 13:5-8; Lk 21:8-12).  These scriptures indicate that we are living in the time of ‘the beginning of sorrows’ of ‘wars and rumors of wars. . . nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines (food shortages are coming), pestilences (more covid variants coming)’, etc.

Widespread rebellion against God in the last days.

2 Tim 3:1-4 (AMP) states: ‘BUT UNDERSTAND this, that in the last days will come perilous times of great stress and trouble.. For people will be lovers of self and [utterly] self- centered, lovers of money and aroused by an inordinate [greedy] desire for wealth, proud and arrogant and contemptuous boasters.  They will be abusive (blasphemous, scoffing), disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, and profane. They will be without natural [human] affection (callous and inhuman) relentless.. they will be slanderers (false accusers, troublemakers), intemperate and loose in morals and conduct, uncontrolled and fierce, haters of good.

They will be treacherous betrayers, rash and inflated with self-conceit.  [They will be] lovers of sensual pleasures and vain amusements more than and rather than lovers of God. . .

Regarding the last days or the Endtimes, the apostle Paul wrote

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.. resist the truth: men of corrupt minds reprobate concerning the faith.. But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived’ 2Tim3:5-13.

There are many prophesying falsely today that the church will see a great revival and that better times are coming.  That is not going to happen.  Although there may be groups of fervent believers in America and different parts of the world, the Bible states that there will be a great falling away from God and His Word.  This falling away has been going on and will continue to take place until the coming of the Lord.  Paul wrote

Let no one deceive or beguile you in any way, for that day will not come except the apostasy comes first [unless the predicted great  falling away of those who have professed to be Christians have come], and the man of lawlessness (sin) is revealed, who is the son of doom [of perdition] (2 Thes3:3 AMP). Jesus said, ‘Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?’ (Lk 18:8).

The prophet Isaiah wrote about the coming Messiah and described His coming kingdom.  He prophesied for 60 years, 2,600 years ago.  His prophecies have applications to America and the world today. As Isaiah said ‘ Darkness shall cover the earth and great darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon thee, and his glory shall be seen upon thee’ Isa60:2 This is prophesied as a description of the days of spiritual darkness just before the return of Jesus.

Violence, Corruption and Moral Perversion

When Jesus returns, the earth will be filled with violence and corruption (Mt 24:37-39); Gen 6:11); wholesale rebellion, wickedness and sinful people; apathetic Christians and compromisers, and a remnant of true disciples of Christ.  Some have not found the Lord yet and have no faith; some have little faith or weak faith in God in the midst of the covid pandemic, cataclysmic events, national government fiascos, society upheavals, economic crises, etc.

God is going to deal with a rebellious people who reject Him (Isa 1:4), but also the unbelievers, wicked and sinful people and hypocritical and lukewarm Christians (Isa chapter 1).  While the following verse refers to Israel, it is also a picture of backslidden America:

‘Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward’ Isa 1:4).

Jesus said ‘because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of my mouth’ (Rev 3:16). These are the words of the Lord to the lukewarm church of the end times.

God will bring down the proud and lofty (Isa 2:12). It says in 1:23, ‘Thy princes (leaders) are rebellious, and companions of thieves: everyone loveth gifts and followeth after rewards. . .’ Their sins of corruption and bribery will be exposed.  The leadership has been crooked and oppressive for they ‘have eaten up the vineyard; the spoil of the poor is in your houses.  What mean ye that ye beat my people to pieces, and grind the faces of the poor? saith the Lord GOD of hosts (Isa 3:14-15)

Isa 5:20 says ‘Woe to those who call evil good and good evil..’. God will judge the leaders who pass immoral legislation -killing of babies/abortion;  allowing gay pride parades and legalizing sodomy and same sex marriage, supporting the LGBTQ agenda and allowing transvestites and drag queens to promote their life styles in libraries and schools, with some schools teaching children about condoms, masturbation, and oral sex, etc.! The Bible says that the people of Sodom ‘committed abomination before me: therefore I took them away as I saw good’ (Eze 16:50).

Days of Noah

The last days are likened to the days of Noah:

But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be’ (Mt 24:37-39).

‘And God saw the the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.  And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart’ Gen6:5,6.

This is a dismal picture of the closing days of mankind before the return of the Lord when He comes to establish His Kingdom or New World Order.

A Peaceful Day in Hawaii and A Shaking

PEACEFUL DAY at Mokoli’i or Chinaman’s Hat on O’ahu, Hawaii.

A SHAKING took place yesterday afternoon before 2 p.m. At least a thousand or more people reported that they felt the 5.2 earthquake from the Big Island of Hawaii. My eldest daughter and I were startled with the shaking as many in the major Hawaiian chain who had experienced the earthquake, too. Earthquakes are plentiful here every day, but usually very minor.

It made me think about the SHAKING that is going on in these last days and the scripture verses from Hebrews 12:25-29.

See that ye refuse not him that speaketh.

For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:

Whose voice then SHOOK the earth: but now he hath promised, saying, Yet once more I SHAKE not the earth only but also heaven.

And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are SHAKEN, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be SHAKEN may remain.

Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

For our God is a consuming fire.

It is also a sobering fact that each of us must examine our hearts and relationship with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Our lives could be snuffed out in a moment like in the collapse of the condo in Florida. How many of those folks are now ‘present with the Lord’? If you are a Christian and trusting Christ alone for your salvation, the Bible says when you leave this life you go to heaven. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord (2Cor 5:8)

Could you say with me as in the song, ‘On Christ the Solid Rock I stand, all other ground is sinking sand, all other ground is sinking sand’. LET US BE STEADFAST IN OUR FAITH AND TRUST IN GOD! LET NOTHING SHAKE OUR FAITH IN GOD!

God bless you all!
