Remembering this day 72 years ago– and a very special thank you to all our veterans.

Beautiful song and images in this video “Peaceful Arizona,” composed by a Hawaii musician in tribute to the USS Arizona. We will always remember.

According to wiki.answers.com, there are an estimated 2,500 and 3,000 survivors still living today.

God's Enduring Love

A group of us opted for the Pearl Harbor Memorial Tour as part of our 50th Class Reunion for Kailua High School.  Others chose other activities, but we who grew up on the other side of the island and were babies when WWII began came here to see the Arizona Memorial, the watery tomb for those who lost their lives aboard their ship.  We also visited the Pearl Harbor Museum, met a Pearl Harbor survivor, went aboard the USS Missouri, and even toured a submarine.  This is the best I can do with posting multiple photos. That’s me in the purple shirt with Wyman.
