Rule-1.    All interpretations belong to God.

In Genesis 40:8, this is written:  

And they said to him,  “We each have dreamed a dream,  and there is no interpreter of it.”   And Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Tell them to me, please.” (Genesis 40:8 NKJV)

The same verse in other versions of the bible:

They said to him, “We have had dreams, and there is no one to interpret them.” And Joseph said to them, “Do not interpretations belong to God? Please tell them to me.” (NRSV)

They replied, “We have each had a dream, but there is no one to interpret it.” “Are not interpretations God’s business?” Joseph asked them. “Tell me about them.” (NJB)

Why all interpretation belong to God?
