Hyʻs Steak House, one of the best-known steakhouse restaurants in Honolulu, has been a tradition in Waikiki for over thirty five years and continues to be a favorite with visitors and locals alike.  Traditions that have disappeared in other fine dining restaurants are maintained at Hyʻs.  Tuxedoed waiters still expertly prepare Caesar Salad, carve Chateaubriand for two and flambé delicious desserts (like Banana Foster and Cherries Jubilee) table side.  Diners expecting only a limited menu consisting mainly of broiled cuts of beef are in for pleasant surprise at Hyʻs.  Our executive chef offers a variety of Continental and Pacific Rim specialties on the menu at Hyʻs Steak House.
